About Lula Learning

Lula means “easy” in Xhosa.

The name captures exactly what we believe learning should be. Learning shouldn't feel complicated, overwhelming or inaccessible. It should be easy to understand, easy to engage with and, most importantly, easy to apply. Lula Learning was created with a simple purpose: to make learning easier, so that people and organisations can learn, apply and grow.

There is more knowledge available to us than ever before, but having access to information doesn't always mean we know how to use it. At Lula Learning, we take knowledge, ideas and skills and turn them into simple, practical and engaging learning experiences. Whether we're developing an individual, a team or an organisation, our focus is on making learning relevant to the real world.

We believe learning should be accessible. Everyone should have the opportunity to learn and grow, regardless of where they are in their journey. We believe learning should be practical, because knowing something is different from being able to use it. We believe learning should be engaging, because people learn best when they are curious, involved and able to connect learning to their own experiences. And we believe learning should create growth, not simply helping people know more, but helping them become more capable, confident and effective.

Our approach is simple: Learn. Apply. Grow. We help people understand new knowledge and ideas, create opportunities to put that learning into practice, and build the capability and confidence to use it. We don't believe learning ends when a course or workshop ends. The real value of learning is what changes afterwards,  in the way we think, the way we behave and what we are able to achieve.

Lula Learning brings together learning, development, coaching and facilitation to create solutions that are practical, relevant and easy to engage with. Our solutions range from workshops and individual development experiences to organisational learning, skills development consulting, workplace skills planning, socio-economic development and consumer education.

We don't believe learning needs to be complicated to be valuable. We believe great learning takes what matters, makes it easier to understand and gives people practical ways to use it.
